Neuro Linguistic Programming is an effective methodology centred around communication and change. It’s a study of how to think and communicate more effectively with yourself and others. It can be used to make rapid changes in all areas of your life and is the route to get the results that you want. It was founded in the early 1970’s by a linguist, John Grinder, and a student of psychology, Richard Bandler, who wanted to study the way the mind works. They did this by modelling the behaviours of very successful people and through this they developed NLP, which some people call the study of human excellence.
